Munguntuya Tumur-Ochir

Munguntuya is a blackbelt and has been one of Mongolia’s higest ranked judoka, representing Mongolia for more than 16 years in international competitions. Munguntuya was National Youth Champion three years in a row. She was also formally before joining UTS Judo the coach of the Mongolian National Para Judo Team from 2018-2022.

Roman Garai

Our second head coach and joint founder of UTS Judo, Roman Gari is a 2nd Dan blackbelt. Roman started in judo as his father was a judo coach. He recalls the very first time that he walked into his Fathers dojo and that day changed his life.

At UTS Judo, we are not just about our judo matches. Judo teaches students of any age so many wonderful life-changing attributes including, respect, discipline, and courage. Judo is an exceptional method of training not only the body but also the mind. We take children as young as five into our classes.
